(1) In order to conduct the meeting in an orderly manner, including the determination of the priority and time period of the topics to be presented in the meeting, and to give advice on other matters deemed necessary by the speaker, a functioning consultation committee may be formed based on the representation of the parties represented in the House of Representatives under the chairmanship of the speaker, with a maximum of seventeen members.
(2) The Deputy Speaker and the Minister of Parliamentary Affairs shall be ex-officio Vice-Chairmen and members of the Committee respectively.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the Speaker may invite any member he deems appropriate as an invited member to the meeting of the Executive Committee.
